Small Group Lower Body Workout

The workouts are designed to work all the muscles of the lower body.  Each youth athlete will work on explosive, dynamic movements for the lower half.  The lower body workout starts with a warmup, followed by agility drills, then the workout will be performed, and the youth athlete will conclude with stretching.  The complete workout takes two hours.

 

Small Group Upper Body Workout

The workouts are designed to work all the muscles of the upper body including the often overlooked abdominal, scapular, and rotator cuff muscles.  The upper body workout starts with a warmup, followed by agility drills, then the youth athlete will perform the workout, and conclude with stretching.  The complete workout takes two hours.

 

Private Workout

One-on-one fitness training available for the athlete wanting undivided attention and supervision. 

 

Physical Therapy Assessment

FAST Youth offers physical therapy assessments for any and all ailments.  Whether one is suffering from an acute injury, or has lingering pain, FAST Youth can assess and come up with a treatment plan. 

 

Sport Specific Private Training/Lessons 

FAST Youth offers sport specific training including Baseball and Softball, specializing in body mechanic analysis utilizing motion capture software to analyze movement.  This analysis provides instant feedback to improve proprioception, with the goal of achieving consistent high-level movement patterns on the field.  The private lessons offered by FAST Youth include drills to optimize strength, and speed of movement which are necessary to perform at an elite level.  Each athlete will be tracked from their first lesson on key metrics such as batted ball exit speed, pitching velocity, and general quickness.  Metric tracking allows for quantitative analysis of improvements made by training with FAST Youth.  FAST Youth utilizes the latest research and techniques when training athletes and has a variety of tools and equipment to develop proper movement patterns.  FAST Youth continuously reviews evidence-based research to grow and continue to improve sport specific athletic development.  

 

Private lessons available, but not limited to hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, throwing.
